What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a visual examination and written report of the physical structure and systems of a house. The exterior and interior of the house are examined for defects and recommendations are made for any required repairs or maintenance.
Your written report will contain clear, concise information on any repair, replacement and maintenance requirements of your new home. We also provide cost estimates and time frames for any required repairs.
You are encouraged to follow the inspector around the house as you will learn about the function of the various systems of your new home and how to properly maintain it.
Is a home inspection necessary?
If you are like most people, a new home is probably the largest single investment you will make in your lifetime. Why not have an expert inspect your investment to let you know what you are buying? We know homes!!
